- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receiving your original order.
- Returns must be received in new condition, all tags attached, unused, unworn, unwashed with the hygienic liner intact (where applicable). Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Jewelry, Inflatables, Beach Totes, Beach Towels, Temporary Tattoos, and Clearance Items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT BE RETURNED.
- At this time we are not able to offer an exchange for items, returns only.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
- At this time, we do not provide return shipping labels; you are responsible for shipping your return back to us.
- Please fill out your return form and place it inside your securely packaged parcel.
- Without your order details, we're not able to process your return.
- If you do not have your return form, please contact Customer Service for a new one.
- Please ask for a tracking number or proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing, you will have proof you sent it. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us.
- Returns can take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive at our warehouse, Once we've received your return parcel, it will be processed within 5 business day (excluding weekends and holidays)
- The funds will go back to your original payment method.
